Placing orders
We accept orders online, via email and over the phone.

Minimum order amount € 150,- for first orders, € 115,- euro for recurring orders.

Minimum selection:
We ask you to select a minimum of 18 different designs per product category (postcards or greetings cards) so that our brand is represented properly.

Product quantities:
Our postcards come per 12 pieces. Greeting cards come per 6 pieces. All greeting cards come with a matching envelope and a biodegradable sleeve. 

Online orders:
Once your online order has been submitted, you will be notified via email to confirm your order has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 6 hours, please contact us via info@pinghe.art.

All orders are charged prior to shipping. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and manual bank transfer payments. We also offer iDEAL for payments within The Netherlands. Orders are shipped after payment has been received. Net 30 terms will only be considered after a consistent ordering history has been established.


We only have a small amount of cards in stock, but because we print locally, we can usually ship orders within 2 working days (maximum 5 days).

Cancellation Policy
We ask that any cancellations are made within 24 hours of placing the order and reserved the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any cancellations made later. Please note that we will hold orders for up to one week after we have informed buyers that they are ready to ship. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders after this time period and a 20% restocking fee may apply. We will accommodate a later shipping date as long as it is confirmed and payment information is received.


All claims of error or damage must be made within 5 days of receipt and any returns must be postmarked within one week of delivery. Please contact us by e-mail and send a picture of the damage with your message. After we have received and reviewed your email, your order will be eligible for replacement at the cost of Ping He Art. Any return shipping shall be paid by customer unless error was due to damage upon or prior to shipment.

Refund Policy

When an order reaches you in good condition it unfortunately isn't possible to return or change your order. We are a small company and it takes us great effort to produce and deliver your order. We do not have large stock or storage. Please contact us if you are not happy with your order and we will look for a suitable solution. Contact us through info@pinghe.art.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order on https://wholesale.pinghe.art, you have to fill in some personal data for us to be able to send you your products and/or subscribe you to our newsletter. We need your data to complete the order. Your data will only be used for this purpose.
