Placing orders
We accept orders online, via email and over the phone.

Minimum amount
- €150,- opening order
- €100,- recurring orders
Minimum selection
We ask you to select a minimum of 18 different designs so that our brand is represented properly.
Online orders
Once your online order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive it within 6 hours, contact us at wholesale@pinghe.art.

Payment
All orders are charged prior to shipping. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and manual bank transfer payments. We also offer iDEAL for payments within The Netherlands.
Orders are shipped after payment has been received. Net 15 terms will only be considered after a consistent ordering history has been established.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Stock
We only have a small amount of cards in stock, but because we print locally, we can usually ship orders within 2-5 working days.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that any cancellations are made within 24 hours of placing the order.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any cancellations made after that.
Warranty
Any claims of error or damage must be made within 5 days of receipt and any returns must be postmarked within one week of delivery. Please contact us at wholesale@pinghe.art with a photo of the damage attached.
After we have received and reviewed your email, your order might be eligible for replacement at the cost of Ping He Art.
Any return shipping shall be paid by customer unless error was due to damage upon or prior to shipment.
Refund Policy
When an order reaches you in good condition it unfortunately isn't possible to return or change your order. We are a small company and it takes us great effort to produce and deliver your order.
If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at wholesale@pinghe.art and we will look for a suitable solution.
