Shipping Policy
Most orders ship with PostNL in the Netherlands and the EU. Outside of the EU we select UPS or DHL. If you have chosen the extra tracking feature, you will receive the tracking code. If, for any reason, you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will start an investigation together with the carrier. If you have particular shopping needs, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that there may be some delay during holiday and post-show seasons. You can reach us via info@pinghe.art. Orders will mostly be sent within 2 days after ordering, but no later than 6 working days. We remain the right to ship your order later in the case there is an issue or unforeseen situation with our printing company.

Free delivery in Amsterdam -with a maximum radius of 5KM from our studio on Eerste Weteringdwarsstraat in Amsterdam. Free delivery in the Netherlands on orders from €250,- Free delivery in the EU on orders from €400,- and €600,- outside of the EU.

Shipping requests
In the case you would rather receive your package through another shipping company, such as DHL or UPS, please do contact us before placing your order for pricing information. The relative shipping costs will be charged to your method of payment of choice.
